Ride for Men’s Mental Health – Step Up for Him Challenge
June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and I’m hosting a group adventure ride to raise awareness and support HeadsUpGuys’ “Step Up for Him” challenge.
Meet-up: Colton Cafe – Saturday, June 14th at 8:00 AM
Start the morning right with pancakes & coffee
Kickstands up: 9:15 AM
Expect stunning views, great laughs, and an incredible sense of community as we ride together. Along the way, we’ll pause atop a scenic ridge for a meaningful group conversation led by HeadsUpGuys, focused on mental health and support.
Bring a camp chair for the ridge stop, where we’ll connect, and have a conversation driven by HeadsUpGuys and the Get Lost…Find Yourself Foundation.
After the ride, we’ll wrap up at Pour Choices Taphouse in Oregon City for food, drinks, and more camaraderie.
No bike? No problem! Even if you don’t ride, feel free to join us for breakfast or meet up at Pour Choices Taphouse afterward—everyone is welcome!
Ride Details: Gravel roads – beginner-friendly with a moderate challenge section.
Let’s ride for a cause and step up together. See you out there!
